Well by my calcs, the NTA of MEL has dropped by about $3m on the back of the fluctuation of the BYE share price. That is a decrease of about 10% of the NTA isn't it?
Is the Management going to announce that? Not saying that BYE is a bad investment or asset but who will take responsibility if BYE dips further in share price or are we happy to be a fund now?
I note that this proposed path forward is not quite the path forward they were postulating when they looked to do a deal with BYE though is it?
