..hard to say if this will appreciate as much as VEN has to date....think VEN may have been supported somewhat by a lot of residual loyalty from BPT holders past and current....as majors were exiting....?

40m BYE @.37c approx $15m
MEL 25% Vali VEN 50% Vali..........but Cervantes equal share ..30% each....
..MEL has the weight of MAY overhang atm...??
