Nice first post Pepperandsalt. On the money with the inspecie if it goes ahead. Around 550 million shares and I think it's around 30 - 40 million options. 20 million shares of BYE to be shared between shareholders which I worked out at around 0ne BYE for every 26 shares of MEL.
