they’re only giving back approx half of the 40m..
For what ever reason they put those cards on the table a while back and investors have been buying on the strength of it..they can’t go back on it now or they’ll get thrown out...the amount has already been scaled back once and now will give back 20m BYEs and retain 20m approx ....not to sure how many shares will be on issue after the raise but the distrib will be around 1 BYE for every 30 approx MELs held...
