The more work I do on the Patriot deal, the happier I am.
It is a slight diversification, but it helps offset costs on the carbon emitted at Vali/Odin and adds a hydrogen/power revenue stream plus the biochar.
Phil was quoted with a 3-year payback, so one can infer some costs and an IRR from that.
Early days, but valuable if it works. Staged entry is a mitigation of risk. Smart deal.
