I am confident that a fair settlement will occur soon.
The NSW government is awash with money from property stamp duty and doesn't need the ferals from up north starting their nonsense again.
It goes against the story the government are trying to get out..."NSW is open for business."
This court action is just a bit of arm-twisting IMO (but I think MEL should NOT withdraw its legal threats until we are properly compensated.)
