    I would say highly unlikely he would invest that amount of money if he didn't have confidence in the projects delivering . He would be hard pushed to convert those shares on market and get his money back and that would only have a massive hit on all the other shares he has. I am taking it as a big positive and reducing the likely hood of a CR being required any time soon. imo
