It is VERY interesting to note the size of the Queensland cement industry.....I believe they produce over 10million tonnes of cement powder a year.
Now whilst those fools who believe ADN will somehow build a $100mln processing facility for their inferior Kaolin, which is in the middle of nowhere, think that they will get a deal to sell to cement players.....I'd suggest that ZEO have a far greater chance.
ZEO's kaolin is pure...and if they were to sign a deal to sell even 1mln tonnes of Kaolin a year to the cement players, then we are talking about enormous revenue.
That's why we are in the stock.
I haver long term buy signals generated on the monthly chart, and believe the low is in.
Targets are 20c then 32c.
