There is never any positive news with this stock, only pathetic attempts to ramp it up by regurgitating the same old info.

From the last presentation, MNC need $8-9 Mill in the next 16 months.

I can only gather where that will come from. Another 4 billion shares at 0.002. That will make 8.3 billion shares on issue.

When Howe was appointed there were 355 Mill shares on issue. If the above happens, then those holders (me included) will have been diluted by 96% on top of a 70% dilution in giving away Los Calatos. On the plus side we have 4% of a possible gold mine (if we can survive that long) , but this is no way near being suitable compensation.

I wonder if Howe knows the definition of "increasing shareholder value". Certainly from where I sit, he doesn't appear too as LTH have lost a sheete load and will probably never get all their investment back.

I really have had a gut full of this stock and now after 7 years am wondering whether to pull out and cut my losses but will wait till the feasibility study is complete before I decide. Selling at .003 or .001 won't increase the capital loss by much.

Just hope management have the brains to not consolidate before going into production (if this ever eventuates) or after providing some other company making news that the market believes is real.
