Ann: Metminco to merge with Andes Resources, page-15

GB, we've patiently waited for this, this is BLOODY HUGE!!!!! As you said cannot believe they've pulled this off. But for those of us who've spoken to KW and thrown our support behind him it was only a matter of time. I jumped the gun ahead of the last aquisition and named Andes as the company i thought we were looking to aquire, at the time they were looking to raise 15-20mill to IPO IIRC. NW knows this neighborhood very well and now has the funds and backing to go do his thing. Can't help being excited about the future now!!!
