ceasing loading in marginal conditions is good risk management,only one crane and a 35 t pendulum is hard to control.Using a static tow to provide a lee when there are only two tugs available is rather pointless in the conditions BOM has forecasted over the weekend and yesterday.
probably laydays have not expired yet so the clock has stopped thus no demurrage issues.(?)
