all i can offer is speculation.. but NEA is getting smashed ATM so it could be overall market sentiment. they were impacted by covid for a while too that could have put the trend in a long term down trend, they didn't give a very open guidance for their finances at one point a while back. overall these levels look attractive for an entry into a quality company with a healthy moat, IMO DYOR GLTAH
