Yes I believe part of it is as Psalty mentioned - LiDAR portion. I think if AMX does grow its ARR, part of that growth will ultimately flow through to 3DP’s ACV & receipts. AMX are well capitalised with low payables which implies no real lag in receipts for partners (assume 3DP would receive the cash within 90 days).
That being said. I’m not really sure on how 3DP will report. No real interim update for a while but strong momentum within the business. My gut says it’ll be not what the market is expecting so there might be some near term downside.
