Pathetic terms.A $100,000.00 so called "deposit" which in truth is no more than an option fee.Plus a 6 month settlement with TYX responsible to maintain the tenements at its cost until settlement.As for the so called 'exploration " strategy for the Dragon and Knight so called nickel prospects,their is no sign of any DRILLING activity merely more soil sampling.I am sick and tired of reading about the historical analysis being of WA Mines Deparatment reports going back 15 years.Also they should be using WA geologists not geos from Queensland associated with the previous vendors[see diagrams showing Xplore Resources]
