$1m cash is nothing. That’s $4per oz.
And the $300k in MEU shares is 7.5m shares to be divided amongst 1.05b shares, so 1 MEU for every 140 TYX held, or just under .0003 value for each TYX share held.
Better for holders to vote this and the SYS offer down and hold onto Jumbuck until someone wants to make a real offer that includes a royalty as well as a fair cash component.
Just my opinion as a former holder looking at it it with a dispassionate view, knowing the value of the project.
