It’s great to see the comparison between Think and Mayfield. Thanks.
One important difference between both companies is the business model of Think is slightly different to Mayfield which I think makes it more valuable.
Think has its own property development company so can grow the number of childcare centres by building more. They pay the cost of building the new centre and not the cost including goodwill of a cquiring existing established centres.
Mayfield is also a smaller company based in Victoria.
It’s great to see the comparison between Think and Mayfield....
