Simply they were trying to be conservative and stupidly used all system of opening with 90% of end price... that system is dead and they have woken up to that
They have the money as they have stripped a lot of costs out of the business and continue everyday to make the business more efficient
I hope farners stay now they can see new mgnt have listened and made adjustments
