    Damned if they do and damned if they don't! Punters were bitching about not being kept in the loop and when the company address's that complaint they bitch about company not sticking to time frames!! Things seldom go to plan in business people so get used to it and be thankful the company is communicating these hiccups with us so we can all make our own decisions about whether we sell or buy more.
