My ownership of MXC extends back to the days when the company was called Erin Resources so I'm quite familiar with its past. The company has had it's up's and downs however the reality is though there are a million things that can delay or stop deals from going through that are outside of the directors control. The positive is directors are now communicating these with shareholders rather than staying silent and if punters are unhappy with the outcome they can always sell and move on.
