The Company will confirm once the formal MGC Derma share transfer has been processed and ratified by the Slovenian court, and settlement of the MGC Derma sale transaction has occurred. This is expected to occur within 5 business days in approximately 6-12 weeks of lodging all the notarised formal documentation to the court, which on settlement will deliver 100% ownership of MGC Derma to CannaGlobal.
