All they need to do is to say that it COULD be useful for psoriasis if they have not spent the time to fully test the product in a scientifically accepted way. This is no different to A2M where they have marketed a2 milk as "may help digestive issues" They know dam well that it does for some but its never been scientifically proven and probably never will. Its the anecdotal evidence which sells it not the scientific evidence.
