Yes I'm reading it that way too.
To say there in advanced talks indicates all they need now is to cross a few t's and dot a few I's.
Unfortunately it seems we would need another 25m volume day to clean out any recent 1c placement getters. There is also .005 placement getters in March I think it was?? Not sure if they are still around?
I have since seen that the Perth connections are running the resource stock side of things and thus not surprised by the cheap placements to mates. Unfortunately I don't trust them 1 bit.
Hopefully the medical mob take over all control and do there thing because the story looks great.
