Listening to the webinar on my way home now. Just completed the formal meeting of voting. Looks like proxy votes on management performance shares are 50/50. I think they only get it via >71% of votes in favour ? Zomer is talking about the UK’s roadshow. The share prices dropped suggested they’d done a lousy job. I’ll listen a little longer to hear if they have anything further to say about the Brazilinvest JV..
