It also looks like they purchased a business without the required licences or permits to operate it in their own right?
I would say this is another reason why even though they have 'acquired it', they will require Cannvalate to continue to operate it for them.
Remind me how long it took to get the relevant licenses for the RMIT agreement? Was it 3 yrs? Hope they can arrange these licenses quicker than that.
