    I suggest to pay directors with Cannaglobal shares instead of MXC shares. Isn't they claim 10% of Cannaglobal equity worth 12.5 millions? They can get their 50% salary ( or even all ) from these CannaGlobal shares.

    Shareholders do not want more dilution !!
