Consider this.... they are entering a clinical trial for a product utilizing technology that they have already paid $500k to develop but no royalties agreement or contract is in place YET.
Say the trials are positive, Graft Polymer then have to agree to a royalty agreement/contract before it can be commercialised by MX So Graft Polymer can name their price because without an agreement, it can't be commercialised Sounds like a con job doesn't it? Pay $500k for IP developement and then have the IP held by the BoD side company and still need to pay royalties.... Great deal for someone You decide who.

But seriously, ask them about ownership by MXC board members, Anthony Eastman and or Ron Lipsky's ownership in Graft Polymer, Cheiftain Capital, Sputnik Enterprises, Anubis Pharma, Extrax Limited and Onassis Holdings.... all companies with business ties and receiving money or product from MXC.
