    I mean RS is the co-founder of MGC so I believe he knows more about MGC than you and me ?

    I believed Rs's claim regarding to the cash situation in MGC, which is worse than what the financial reports show that's why they have two CRs in such as short period of time.

    May be director is not the same as founder in this case?
