CDA is a private company in QLD, which i have actually invested in through a crowd funding opportunity about a year ago. CDA is profitable too which is nice. They were planning on listing on the ASX this year but with everything happening i think they're putting it off for now. I invest heavily into the MC space and out of all my investments - CDA is my most confident by far. Keep an ear out for them in future you wont regret it.

As for the MXC announcement, considering the amount of patients "Medical Cannabis Australia" is helping and the numbers presented, it seems like they bought at a good price. In the grand scheme of things, $1.4M is not a massive investment for what they will get in return here.
