Try to search "Medicinal cannabis clinic" on Google but nothing promising comes up. I wondering who is/are the shareholders behind this company?
There are plenty of platform distributing MM products now such as Health House, and I can' see the needs to spend 1 million dollars worth of share plus $400k to purchase to purchase that "Medicinal cannabis clinic".
Has an independent valuation been done before the purchase? highly doubt it.
