Arbitrage buying opportunity if you continue to believe in the long term strategy and underlying holdings. You can also DRP dividends into MGF at a 7.5% discount to NAV. As previous poster said its due to poor short term performance. I also hold MGOC and would only add to MGOC when price of MGF is closer to NAV. Say within a 5% discount. Over multi year periods there may come a time when MGF share price trades at a premium to NAV which could be an opportunity to sell some and divert funds to MGOC. Maybe not in the next 3 years due to the options. But there may be plenty of times to add in the next 3 years at more than a 7.5% discount as impatient investors sell out of MGF and the fund goes through a flatter period of performance.
