If it was going to happen it would've come with this announcement. My hope is that buyers of MHH for the discount will cash in and come across to MGF which may drive up the price (albeit not significantly). I don't think anyone should buy MGF in anticipation of it converting within 3 years. They had their chance with the restructure and I don't think they would concede so much ground on their flagship fund without pursuing some other angles first.
