You raise an interesting point. I assumed they got the date wrong re 30 November as 2020 seemed like it should read 2021. However the whole trust structure was listed on 30 November 2020.

I went back as you noted and as such it does decrease and then suddenly the available to repurchase does suddenly go up. I suspect it may be contained in the trust constitution how this works. 200 plus pages so I am not going to do any further research.
