Totally agree noomxx. They have just extended the buyback for the next year. 148m shares, which is approx 587k per day. It will be interesting to see if this can move the discount at all. This amount per day is 3.5 times what they have been buying back over the past few months(160k). Also, I believe that the return benefits from the buyback should increase as the number of shares on issue reduces. ie if they buyback 10% of shares @ a 20% discount, that should give roughly a 2% kick to the fund. Which is significant in today's challenging market
