Agreed that it's a decent possibility Moonshine.
Magellan has communicated their intent (as plainly as they can) to take action to close the NAV. Whilst the options exist, they won't be able to change the structure - however if the market reasonably assumes that action will be taken immediately post option expiry, then the market will act in advance to reduce the NAV gap.
There's no reason that institutional money is required to move either MGF or MGFO. Turnover is only in the realms of a few million $ per day - chump change in the scale of things.
