I doubt they need to raise capital.
Karlawinda definitely generates enough cash to fund the preprod capital needed to build the mine (330m in total)
I think people are questioning that the discount rate should be higher (around 8%). However, if they are using cash and no debt then one can also argue they qualify to use a lower discount rate as cash has 0% cost.
