Other could be anything, interest?, some type of rebate who knows? I'm not sure or willing to spend another hour reading this as I know already the watch segment has clearly been omitted to hide actual numbers of watches sold, profit or projected sales.

Fact is the school message has been rapid decline but may have plateaued with the watches needing desperately to become the main earner going forward.
I hope they succeed with Spacetalk it looks to be a great product but we need number of actual sales not the numbers of the market size according to MWR management.
