    I understand the residential side of sensitive, how ever through history interest rates have a mild bearing on property.
    MGR has not just residential, they have a huge product range that can counter act any retardation on residential resales....
    I knew $3 & over was way stretched...but between $2.30 & $2.70 around this time almost every year it falls until mid to late Feb.
    Of course if Russia keep hitting the Ukes over the had for the next 3 months then everything will get hit apart from energy...but I would not like to be in the energy commodities play when the war does stop.
    Shares fall quick on the sell, but they climb very slowly sometimes...everything im looking at on the screens is red apart from the obvious...
    I think there is a lot of clever leveraging down going on like im doing with a lot bigger money than me picking this up...its volumetric are indicative of that....
