I made some money out of this stock when my portfolio was smaller. Taken the opportunity at these prices to get a decent chunk.
Dividends while we wait for a rerate. The better office space should do well. And in any case their office portfolio has been declining as a percentage of the overall asset composition. Residential land will be a thing again.
When? Who knows?
