how long can Mirvac keep paying the divvy? once the housing sector turns downward, they will have to cut their divvy, when that happen it will be back to $1.60-$1.80 range, that will be the time to buy more not yet.
remember during the 2008 GFC this fell to 60c, this downturn is alot worse than the GFC.
