Got back in with a 1.87 average today. Rinse and repeat.
Happy to take the risk at the price. The replacement value of their assets will continue to increase. Interest rates will be interesting. Dividends while the rerate is awaited.
REIT stocks will go up and down on interest rate expectations. There are any number of factors that will influence demand for offices, residential and industrial units etc. Am I happy at the MV discount implicit in the SP given the risk- yes.
