Can I ask why people in this thread are investing in MGR instead of DXS?
Similar cap rates, gearing. But the issue I see with MGR is that the market doesnt know how to price the volatile residential earnings and the rest of the portfolio suffers.
DXS seems to have a more stable portfolio, the funds management business is a larger proportion than MGR and distribution yield is greater?
