    It’s the CEO/MD role that has yet to be appointed which is critical here, non-executive director roles are a dime a dozen. Whatever his history with another company, which probably failed simply because it was yet another “internet of things” venture in an overcrowded market, they haven’t appointed the guy to actually run this one. Like someone mentioned, these are probably akin to caretaker appointments due to an unexpected board restructure that left very little time to find available replacement members.
