Probably worth noting that Matt Latimore is still a director with the company- I would like to think he would have had some input in the recent decisions made over the last few weeks.

For anyone that hasn't done your research on him, It doesn't take long to work out he has had a lot of success in his other ventures. so he wouldn't be wasting his time if he didn't see potential in the future of this project.

Article below from when he purchased 250K worth of shares at 15c. He has skin in the game and would be looking for the best result from MGU, If the Financing and board decisions didn't seem right to him I'm sure he would be speaking up.
