Starting to see a little interest in this with a few nibbles lately. Looks like a bigger nibble at open this morning.
Downside is very low liquidity and about 2 and a half million in debt.
Upside is:
20 mil in bank
Building and machinery assets
Two operational US manufacturing businesses making revenue and starting to ramp up.
Massive mgt holdings
Potential for dividends
Low MC of 8 mil
I agree it is tough to get a stake or offload with liquidity but they have been very proactive in adjusting their business model to the USA and away from China to access cheaper, higher quality raw materials and cheaper energy costs whilst value adding with the US stamp of approval.
Starting to see a little interest in this with a few nibbles...
