Govermnent support and incentives - BIG TICK
New jobs creation - TICK
Exisiting infrastructure (only modifications required) - TICK
Rail line proximity - BIG TICK (can just see SSC carts pulling up now)
Ability to expand - BIG TICK
Funding - STILL UNKNOWN.
Read Simon's speach - it's a deadset cracker.
I think it will take a day or two for the market to digest this one. $25 million investment in a new market is no small amount. I expect some US interest later this week.
