Because its been a dog for 10 years, its that simple, no one is a believer yet... as they de risk and prove this up then the company will rerate heavily...
I dont blame past holders for beaing weary, but I do find it odd that they dont think its a good punt at these levels...
its that simple, we keep hearing about the past from ex holders and non holders, yep we know but if you do that with every stock you wouldnt ever buy a spec lol
