Thought I'd have a look-see at our favorite company's wells. As best as I can tell there are roughly 870 producing wells. All the others are shut-in or in-active. 95% of the producers make less than 25 mcfd gross (that's before the 27% royalty gets deducted!). Over 80% of the producers make 10mcfd or less. Revenue yes, operating profitably? hmmm. Profitable at a company level? Yeah right! Punter's beware.
