Actually I expect a favourable answer to your question with very little extra news, COB are in a different place these days. Untying the anchor of BPL has allowed full steam ahead on the 100% owned BHCP project with rapid pilot plant progress and other negotiations. In short this image alone will do much of what you want. I expect even more than this.
