yes true he did the right thing.
sell his shares at 15c, bring it on !!!
with a deal being finalised in due course and still plenty of time (till end of Sept) to get the best deal possible for the company, shareholders, etc... we should hopefully get back to somewhere around the 3c mark (or maybe higher ?)
