As another shareholder pointed out to me, Adam has not had his name on any of the recent announcements.

I decided to have a look and besides being listed as CEO until today, Adam has not been quoted in any announcements in recent months, the last one I could find with a quote from him was the June quarterly report released on 3/8/2020. All subsequent announcements, where a company quote is included, has been provided by either COO Michael Di Tommaso or Chairman Michael Carli.
